We set the platform up in your cloud account, agree on rules for working with AI and show your people around. The rest depends on how you come in:

- Taking over an app you have. Built in Lovable, Cursor or Claude Code, by a freelancer or an agency. We make small changes so the platform handles sign-in, permissions, keys and deployment, and deploy it to Zerops with its data
- Your own developers or agency. They build on Fabrika; operations, review of their changes and the SLA are on us

What we handle separately
The setup and the kickstart are deliberately bounded, which keeps the scope and price predictable. These come as separate packages:
- Historical data migration. Years of orders from spreadsheets or an old database move into the new app.
- Legacy system integrations. We connect the app to the accounting, ERP or warehouse system you already run.
- A day with your next app. When your team starts a new app, we come in for a day and get the first version moving together.
- Changes done by us. Until your team has hands free, we implement change requests ourselves. It costs more than the plan alone and ends whenever you say.
The ground rules
- 01 You pay by the number of production apps and the level of support. We don't count users: add the whole company, the price doesn't move.
- 02 After go-live, your people, developers or agency make the changes and we review every one of them. That's what the plan covers.
- 03 The plan starts only once the app runs in production. There is no separately billed “finishing touches” phase.
- 04 AI always runs through your own plan. You see exactly where things flow, we never train anything on your data, and we're happy to help you pick a provider.
- 05 The code and the data are yours and the platform is open source. If you leave, it all stays with you, documentation included, and you can keep running it yourselves or with someone else.
